How to get Musical Gustjumper
Go to the top of the waterfall on Zephras Isle at about 51.5, 72.3, south of Thendal Village. A group of Musical Gustjumpers sits on a rock beside the log. Target one of the frogs and use /sing. The frogs sing back and disappear, and a clickable Musical Gustjumper appears nearby on the log. Click it to receive the companion item, then use the item to learn the pet.
Getting to the singing frogs
From Thendal Village, follow the road south toward the waterfall area. The frogs are above the falls rather than down the lower path, so cut across the short field before the road carries you too far downhill. Wowhead reports the spot is reachable even at level 1, although nearby patrols can still put you in combat.
At the top of the waterfall, look for the cluster of Musical Gustjumpers sitting together on a rock next to a log. The log gives you an easy position beside the frogs.
Use /sing to reveal the pet
Target one of the frogs and type /sing. The group answers your character, disappears, and a separate clickable frog appears nearby on the log.
Click the newly spawned frog to receive the Musical Gustjumper item. The item teaches the companion when used.
