Jubling is the Darkmoon Faire ale frog earned through Morja's hidden Spawn of Jubjub quest. Lure her runaway frog back with Dark Iron Ale, trade another mug for an Unhatched Jubling Egg, then wait seven days for it to become A Jubling's Tiny Home.

How to get Jubling
Bring Dark Iron Ale Mugs to Morja at the Darkmoon Faire. You need one mug to lure Jubjub back toward her and another to complete Spawn of Jubjub; bringing extras is sensible because the lure can take more than one placement depending on where Jubjub is wandering. Dark Iron Ale can be purchased from Plugger Spazzring in the Grim Guzzler inside Blackrock Depths or bought from other players. Once Jubjub reaches Morja, accept Spawn of Jubjub and turn in a Dark Iron Ale Mug for the bind-on-pickup Unhatched Jubling Egg. After seven days, the egg becomes A Jubling's Tiny Home, which summons Jubling.
Bring Dark Iron Ale to the Darkmoon Faire
Dark Iron Ale Mugs come from Plugger Spazzring in the Grim Guzzler inside Blackrock Depths and can also be bought from other players.
Two mugs are the practical minimum: one for luring Jubjub and one for the quest turn-in. Bringing extras reduces the chance that an awkward lure costs you another trip.
Lure Jubjub back to Morja
Morja does not simply offer Spawn of Jubjub on demand. Her runaway frog must be brought back first.
Find Jubjub wandering around the Faire and place Dark Iron Ale along the route toward Morja. Historical Classic comments note that Jubjub's position can vary, so dropping a mug beside Morja does not always reach the frog from wherever it happens to be.
Complete Spawn of Jubjub
Once Jubjub reaches Morja, she offers Spawn of Jubjub. Turn in another Dark Iron Ale Mug to receive the Unhatched Jubling Egg.
The egg binds on pickup and is unique, so the pet itself is not an Auction House shortcut. What can be traded is the ale needed to start the process.
Wait seven days for the egg to hatch
The Unhatched Jubling Egg has a seven-day incubation period.
When the timer finishes, use it to create A Jubling's Tiny Home, the permanent companion item that summons Jubling.
Jubling still loves Dark Iron Ale
The companion keeps the same taste that made the quest possible. Classic references note that a summoned Jubling will hop over and drink Dark Iron Ale placed nearby.
Jubling can also perform frog behaviors such as eating a spawned fly.
The legendary ale frog was believed to be extinct until the strange brews at the Darkmoon Faire brought them out of hiding.
