How to get Mini Diablo
Mini Diablo is included with the Skyborne Epic Pack and the Warcraft Forever Collection. The Skyborne Heroic Pack does not include the four companion pets, so collectors specifically after Mini Diablo need the Epic Pack or Collection.
Which Forever edition includes Mini Diablo
Blizzard includes Mini Diablo with the four-pet bundle in the Skyborne Epic Pack. The Warcraft Forever Collection includes the same pet rewards because it contains the Epic Pack benefits.
The Skyborne Heroic Pack does not include Mini Diablo, Panda Cub, Zergling, or Pachimari.
A returning Lord of Terror
Mini Diablo was one of the three original World of Warcraft Collector's Edition companion choices in 2004. The Forever version returns that same Blizzard crossover rather than introducing a new Warcraft creature.
The companion has always had more personality than a static miniature. Historical game data and player documentation describe occasional levitation and a rarer gout of flame, which are why those animations remain part of the Forever Companions viewer when the model supports them.
AND THE HEAVENS SHALL TREMBLE, AND MAN SHALL WEEP, AND THE END OF DAYS SHALL--wait, why are you so tall?
