Excitable Slime Discovered in Undercity in WoW Forever
A new secret companion has been discovered in Undercity. Bring Nutritious Slime Sludge and use /dance on an Excitable Slime to begin WRIGGLE.

How to get the Excitable Slime
Start by finding Boyle in Undercity around 56.2, 64.6 and purchase one Nutritious Slime Sludge. Then head into the canals and find an Excitable Slime patrolling there.
Target the slime and repeatedly use /dance. It can take several attempts before the slime responds. Once it reacts to you, it will offer the quest WRIGGLE.
WRIGGLE. asks for one Nutritious Slime Sludge. Turn it in to receive the Excitable Slime companion.
The full process
- Buy 1x Nutritious Slime Sludge from Boyle in Undercity around 56.2, 64.6.
- Find an Excitable Slime patrolling the Undercity canals.
- Target the slime and repeatedly use /dance until it emotes back at you.
- Accept the quest WRIGGLE. when the slime offers it.
- Turn in 1x Nutritious Slime Sludge.
- Receive the Excitable Slime companion.
A familiar kind of WoW secret
Vanilla players have seen this type of interaction before. The Westfall Chicken is earned through CLUCK!, which can be triggered by using /chicken or /flap on a chicken until it offers the hidden quest.
Excitable Slime uses the same basic idea in Undercity: interact with an ordinary creature using an emote, notice that it responds and figure out what it wants. It raises an obvious question for collectors during the Forever beta: what else has Blizzard tucked into Azeroth?
Your Excitable Slime can dance
The interaction continues after you collect the pet. Using /dance while your Excitable Slime is summoned causes the companion to dance back.

Excitable Slime and WRIGGLE. were discovered during the WoW Forever beta. The quest, vendor location or required interaction can still change before release. Forever Companions will update the dedicated companion page and this article if anything changes.
